I have a m3p player the battery doenot hold a charge. I would like to return it and get my money back or a replacement. It is still under warranty. I purchased it 7/20/2009 from RadioShack. Please give me an address where I can send it.

It is probably out of store warranty but you can check the original package for any manufacturer warranty. But; before you return the item power it off and wait 2 minutes and then put the battery back in and attempt to charge again
