ONE OF OUR GRANDSONS ENTERED A CODE AND LOCKED IT FROM PLAYING DVD'S,NED TO RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULT.

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

SOny is very helpful with this, a short question and answer period and they help you unlock it- we had to do that- -=----twice

have you tried 0000 or go to the manual and call up sony for more advice on the issue, they are very helpful
