If you mean that your memory is 'locked'. Just turn off the camera, and take out the the memory card. Unlock it by sliding up the small tab on the upper side of the memory card then put it back. That's it.
SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position nearest the contacts enables writing, the opposite position protects or locks it. Try sliding it fully to the locked position and then fully to the unlocked position. If that doesn't work, try a different card.
Try this: 1. Take out your memory card from the camera. 2. There's switch to lock and unlock on the memory card. 3. Just unlock it, and put back your memory card.

- Turn off camera
- Remove memory card
- Take a look on the switch of the memory card itself
* If it's at the TOP = card is UNLOCKED
* If it's at the BOTTOM = card is LOCKED
- So, you just have to make sure that the switch is at the top
for the memory card to be UNLOCKED
After doing that, you just have to put back the memory card to your camera and turn on the camera. Try to check if this works.

- So, you just have to make sure that the switch is at the top for the memory card to be UNLOCKED

I had to replace two memory cards. Of course I tried the Lock slider thing on the side with no success. The card is cheaply made. I bought a different brand this time, Lexar. I think my old brand was Dane something. It seemed to happen whenever my battery got low. The card looked like a piece of cardboard and acts like one too!
