I have a Logitech web cam from a friend when I connect to my computer it says device driver installing but thats as far as it goes. What do I need or what can I do?

Locate the model of web cam, go to this site:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/support_downloads/&cl=us,en

Input your model number and download and install the driver for the web cam. This is what your device manager is looking for.
