Question about GE 28111 Cordless Phone
I want to turn off the sound of the touch tone key pad for dialing. How do I do this? Is it an option or no?
Here are the instructions and a link to the manual :
From the Handset Setup Menu:
1. Press the caller ID-volume ( 6 or 5) button to scroll to the KEY TONE sub-menu.
2. Press mute/program button to enter the menu. SET KEY TONE 41ON 2 OFF shows in the display. The default setting is 1ON.
3. Use the touch tone pad on the handset to select 1 or 2, or use the caller ID-volume ( 6 or 5) button to scroll to your selection.
