Try (using an old CD) inserting another CD under the stuck CD...you may need several attempts...the eject should catch...and then release (eject) the stuck CD...Hope this helps...:)
When the cd is stuck and won't eject try looking for a small pinhole on the front of the cd rom drive. This is the "manual eject" or release. Stick the end of a paper clip in there and it should release it.
The DVD drive itself has a small horizontal 'eject' button that you can press to eject the disc. If the button fails the disc is stuck however the DVD drive will have a small hole near the eject button- about 2mm in diameter.
Straighten a paperclip or similar and push into the hole until the disc
drive mechanism releases and opens.
The front of the
CD Driver you can see a very small hole…use a safety pin and open it then
insert the pin in that hole and push it in that will force the door on the CD
to open …Let me know if that work for you and please do not forget to rate my
service so I can keep providing this service to everyone and improve on
it.God bless
use a paper clip fold it out and push it straight in carefully into the eject hole in the cd drive. It is a small hole on the cd drive usually close to the eject button. You will feel a release on the inside. When you push it you will hear it/feel it eject. Don't push real hard as you don't want to bend the paper clip and get it stuck in the hole
