Water not going into dishwasher

Ck to be sure water is turned on at source.Turn valve handle left to open,right to close.Make sure wtr supply line isn't kinked will be 1/4'' copper,plastic or stainless tubeing.Rubber gasket could have come off valve steam and got stuck in valve outlet.be sure to shut off main wtr valve before cking stop to dishwasher.Solinoid could be defective.Make sure there is pwr to unit.That's about it.Be sure to shut off power before messing with any electrical connections.Be safe and good luck !

HELLO THERE:
First you are going to want to check the water connections to make s ure that the screen is not clogged and if they are not clogged then there is a solonoid valve that may have failed when these solonoid valves fail they fail in the closed position thus not allowing any water to enter the unit
You also may have a problem with your power switch but if it seems like everything is working ok but no water than i would deffinatly look at the solonoid valve being the problem
the cost to replace this is about 50 dollars if you do it your self and about 150 if a service man has to do it ok?
so i would contact a local appliance parts center that deals with your kind of machine and find out if they have the part on hand before starting any majior repair ok?
