There is probably a problem with the position of the cartridge carriage. Try reinstalling the cartridge and make sure that the carriage is in the center of the cartridge access area and the center of the cartridge assembly bar. If it is not try moving the cartridge assembly in either direction and restore the printer for printing. Note any sounds as the cartridge attempts to go to its home position. Any grinding noise may indicate that the position of the cartridge needs to be adjusted. Be patient and adjust the cartridge position again until no grinding sounds are heard. It may help to unplug the printer for 30 seconds between adjustments. Good Luck!

Trying to print some 8X10 photos; changed print settings changed printer to 'photo.' Paper keeps jamming, error won't reset. Seems like it's paper feed; there's grinding. How do I fix this?
