The Raidxpert is installed because your computer came with Raid capability. Whether you have a raid setup or not, I don't know. A raid is using 2 or more hard drives combined to make one bigger hard drive or it's 2 or more drives configured to make mirror drives of each other or both. If you have raidxpert then you probably have some sort of a raid array in your computer and the warning you're receiving is probably trying to alert you to some kind of a failure in the raid array. You may have a mirror drive that is failing. Need more information about the error message you're receiving but you probably shouldn't ignore it. If you have a Raid0 and one of your drives fails you loose everything.
