KA09 - Unable to edit all fields of pho...

I bought a KA09 phone and when I try to add a photo or tone to a phonebook entry, I can't. I try to slide down but it doesn't move. I can only edit the first 5 fields of the phonebook entry (name, phone number, home number, company name and email address). The slide image shows that it has more info below but I cant make it move. Any help?
