I"m having trouble finding that exact motherboard but why are you doing a bios update? Bios updates can be very dangerous to your PC health if not done right. If you don't have a problem with your computer then why do a bios update? I've found out over 19 years of fixing computers that bios updates seldom have anything to do with your PC health. They seldom have anything to do with most people's day to day usage of a computer.
