i cant find my software for my mp3 player can u help me plz
i lost my cd that i need to download music on to player does anyone know were i can buy a new one without buying a whole new player?

I have the same problem

i cant hook up my rca th1101 mp3 player to my computer. i dont have the directions or cd to download songs to my mp3. i dont know what to do.

I have the mp3 player and I want to change songs on it, but when I plug it into my computer and try to open the drive, it says drive is corrupt or unreadable. However the player works, so what can I do?

my software for my mp3 player was downloaded on my friends computer before I got my new comp and we can't find the cd for it. My computer does not recognize the player. What can I do I would like to upload different songs to it

for pc not recognizing-
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
