I just purchases a 30gig ZUNE, and had no issue loading it but the ZUNE media player will only pull half of my music selection for me to load. All music files are only in one location. I also corrected the music info as someone told me it won't load it if doesnt have all of the information listed ( like year, composer, that kind of stuff). I'm about at my wits end has anyone else had this issue?

If you have not erased the MP3 files on the Zune, you should still have them on the Zune and can play these MP3 music files.
When you plug your Zune into the computer can you see the MP3 files on the Zune as an external drive on the computer?
If so you can copy the MP3 files back into your computer.
Put a CD of your favorite music into your computer, and then open your Zune player. Click on the music that you want to copy.
Click on the "Rip" button, and then save your music with any of the
following file extensions: .wma, .wmv, .mp3, .jpg, .mp4, .m4v, .m4a,
.m4b or .mov. The ability to play music in all of these formats is one
of the features that make Zune such a superior digital player.
Plug your Zune player into your computer using a USB cable, and then
the Zune software will automatically import all of your selected music
into the player. Set the "Sync" option to "Default" so that all the
music in your directory will install in your Zune player whenever you
plug it into your computer.
Purchase music online by either buying each song individually (usually
for about 99 cents a song) or buying a membership to a website where
you get unlimited downloads. You automatically get a membership to Zune
Marketplace when you purchase Zune, and you can get unlimited downloads
I hope the above steps will help to solve your problem.
Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't use Windows Media Player for its Zune product. You have to download Zune Marketplace it is an Itunes-esque media interface. That is the only way you can load your music onto the zune.
the media format on a cd is not compatible with the zune, the zune should be able to rip the cd music and convert it as it's loading. here is a wiki for the zune..has a lot of good info. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zune
the zune will only play .mp3 format, and the cd could have digital management protection. here is a cd ripper that will help.
Disassemble and disconnect the battery for about 10 seconds. All Zune 30's apparently siezed this AM. MS is working on their solution, not sure when it will come out. The battery disconnect is at least a temp fix. Mine works fine after doing it.
