Didnt know its was like this on the dash but somewhere it will still have a mechanical connection on the steering column that operates a relay or solonoid or in the case of a this classic vintage car then maybe evan a cable mechanism.Does this switch operate the flashing arms that pop up out of the door pillar as well¿????

What rod or screw or nut to turn to adjust front end alignment? on 1992 lebaron? what needs to be removed? ball joint, rubber boot. What tools are needed to do it yourself? vise-grips, open-end wrench.

going by your question i`d say you don`t have the ability to perform this job yourself.to just adjust the front end alignment you don`t need to remove any components.you do need an alignment machine to get the angles set to specs, there are 3 angles that need to be checked, castor camber and toe-in otherwise your tires will wear and the car won`t go down the road straight.

Left turn signals don't work. It will only stay on, but it won't flash when I activate the left turn signal, yet the right side works just fine. I'm guessing it may be the relay, but where is the relay?

You need to replace one of the left side bulbs, front or rear.Without both bulbs working the circuit is not pulling enough amperage to make the flasher work.

Where is the flasher for the turn & hazard signals located on 1992 Lebaron LE V6 ?

You need to remove the glove box and have a look around the middle of the dash for a relay and flasher panel, way easier to find if you look it up in the owners manual but still it in there, why no one knows.

Shifting

It may be time for a tranny service. They will change the filter, fluid, etc, and check it out. Better than having to buy another tranny if this one has a fixible problem.
