Problem for Biostar M7VIZ Motherboard

I have mercury PNMCP73V mainboard and sound problem

I have mercury PNMCP73V mainboard and sound driver from CD which is IDT high definition. Now the problem is it plays .wma files but does not get clear sound from web or mp3 or 3gp files. what I hear is fumbling. What could be the problem? Please help me.

Download VLC player & check on that.
