When testing long cable runs with the WireView wiremap adapter, the etherscope will intermittently show shorts and cross connections that do not exist. This occurs whenever the etherscope is connected to the AC adapter. Once the adapter is disconnected, the etherscope functions normally. Any ideas as to what causes this behaviour?
