hi this might help ...open tower and discharge static by touching frame of computer ...then pull out power supply connection on the motherboard and this usually is connecting to Hard drive and disc drive pull them out also then on the outside of the back of the computer you should see screws around where the fan is usually at the top of back of pc. unscrew and then it should come out..hope this helps good luck

my new packard bell imedia S1710 keeps popping up a message saying not enough memory even when doing simple copy/paste action in word. On checking the memory usage it sits at 50% at rest - is this normal for Windows 7 64 bit operating system?
