My son dropped my ps3 and it stills turns on but

sounds like the main board might have cracked, hope not but its a possibility, we can try a hard reset and see if it fixes the ps3's programing (if its a programing error) when your system is on hold the power button down until you hear 2 beeps (providing this works being you have to turn off the system by unplugging it) Oh have you tried using the power switch in the back? Anyway if u hear the dual beep it signifies that the system has reverted back to the factory settings. Hope this works for you
