Will my DSL 300G Modem work

I am moving to AZ from Canada and have a D-Link DSL 300G Modem. I asked for help from Quest (my new internet provider) to determine if the modem would work on my new ADSL line. Their reply was
''I am unfamiliar with the D-Link modem you have, and do not know if it will be compatible. I can tell you that if the modem can handle ADSL service, Point to Point Protocol (PPP), and you can set the VPI/VCI to 0/32 then the modem should work.''
Can you tell me if the modem will work?
