There are different versions in WGR614 routers, Please follow the below link and check which version you are using.
http://kb.netgear.com/app/products/family/a_id/1296
click on the version and you will be taken to next page, click on "Download", you will see a link of which says for e.g. "Downloads WGR614v7 Firmware Version 2.0.30"
Click on it and driver download will start.
