Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
My mom just purchased this mp3 player and I'm trying to set it up for her. I charged it for the 12 hours that the instructions said to, and now its not connected, but the screen still says that it is. I have tried to push all of the buttons and nothing happens. Should she just try to get a new one or am I doing something wrong.
If the Sansa View is like the Sansa e200, then holding the power button for 10 or 15 seconds will force shut down the player. If it still says "connected" when you turn it back on, it might be a defective player. (most likely a defective connection.)
But before returning it to the store, you can also try updating its firmware. You can find what you need here:
