Our user is having a problem viewing his YouTube videos. He can view it in it's initial small screen but when he clicks on the icon to make his video ''Full Screen'' his whole screen go black. He wants it fixed so he can view the videos ''Full Screen''.

Hi, can you clarify on whether this happens for only certain videos or for all videos?

i think u should check your brower otherwise it my be due to VGA drivers fault or flash player fault
