acer 7520 problem.. first a continuous beep on start-up while loading bios and after windows load and ready it automatically select last items.. example on the web page, it scrolls down at the bottom. also when selecting icon on the desktop, it select the last icon even you try to click other icon.. what is the reason for this?

My first thought when i read this was keyboard error, to be honest.
I would specifically check the shift and down curser keys.
