DVD getting stuck

When I play any DVD how new it is, it is getting stuck many times, or it stops and starts intermetently. It is 2 years I didnt get any service done, I bought a Lens cleaning Cd and cleaned the lens few times, but now the problem has become very big all the DVDs getting stuck.

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

I have the same problem..when I play, the DVD stops but the audio will continue. When I record a DVD, it does the same..recording stopped video, sometimes the audio keeps going, sometimes it just jumps around. The VCR works fine..

ii would try aking the cover off. Right in the front you will see a white round spinner. You cannot miss it. check it for dust and grime. Easy to take the whole thing right out and cleasn it. Use flat head screwdriver...non magnetic...Pop it off and clean it real good. Should help out maybe....I do it to mine like once a year.
