New iphone. put sim card in. put on charge is

new iphone. put sim card in. put on charge is stuck on the charging screen with red section of battery showing. will not turn on whatever i do. has been on charge for 12 hours and i'm pretty sure is charged as is warm

- i can;t even turn it on or off its just frozen on the charge screen. nothing happening at all

reset your entire phone if that doesnt work try a new sim card
