I've got a big problem in my External Hard ( Maxtor Peripherals PTE - OneTouch 500BG )
When i open it on my Mac I can not see the information inside or any thing about hard ,
there are very important things in it for my work
i do not know what will happen to me if i can not get what in this hard
Is it possible to tell me what can i do or where i can go?
i am from Egypt and did not know where i can find Maxtor stores to ask someone to fix it or help me thanks alot
