when asking to print the response im getting a picture of the printer surrounded by red and error 5100

- additional info it keeps referring to service error 5100 does anyone know what this means? and suggest i turn off the printer then on again tried it and it wont work??? pleas kelp many thanks j

Hi,
Check whether something got struck inside the roller,Remove the catridge and fix it again.
