Throw the machine Out! You can never fix a machine that is faulty when new. This model should be replaced by GE. It's a LEMON.

its easy please check the shocks which will fixed to the bottom of the drum these should be good in condition and check the floor level and adjust the level if varies.and check the drum holding hooks to check all these please open the back and top cover of the machine

it sounds like you drum support or spider as it is called may be cracked or your bearings are shot the fix is time consuming and will take patience as you dismantle make sure you take note where all parts fit if you are not confident call a reputable repairer cheers
