Drain light won't stop flashing - can't dry any...

Our unit is fairly new and I would like to avoid calling a repairman. The drain light comes on every time you turn on the dryer, despite the water having been emptied, and the condenser clean. The pump works, makes noise, but never seems to clear anything out despite the number of times I've held the drain button down.

PLEASE HELP!
