D-Link DI-514 Connection to Netgear WPN111

I have a PC and a laptop running on these routers and now I can't connect to the internet unless I disconnect the D-Link and go straight form the modem to the PC. When I do this, I can't use the laptop to get to the internet. Please HELP.

The PC is connected by wire and the LAPtop is wireless.
Together they work fot a little while then the internet stops working. The solution is to reset the router and then it starts working again, However if you connect the PC directly to the cable modem it works without any interruptions. How do you stop the interruptions.
