If you have done all the steps to clean the printheas, as listed in the printer's maintenance program, contact Kodak and let their customer support know your problem. You will need your model number (5100 AIO) and serial number (lift the platform where you change the ink. There is a number there. They will send you a new printhead. It takes 30 seconds to replace and there are no tools required.
