Is your printer connected on your computer? If yes launch your HOme center software and on the upper right corner please click help icon(?) then select maintenance then click on clean printhead then followed by calibrate printer.
If the cleaning the printhead and calibrating it did not solve issue try to download the latest firmware of the printer at kodak.com/go/downloads then just follow the instruction.
Now if all the troubleshooting step did not solve it means the nozzle of of the printhead of your printer is clogging., Please call kodak and have it repair Toll Free 1 800 421 6699 Canada and U.S. If outside visit kodak.com and just click contuct Us then choose your country

I have the AIO esp 5 printer. I have had it for about 10 almost an year now without any problems. It is now not printing any colors in blue. I have changed out the cartridge and it printed one doc OK then it went back to no blue colors - the blues come out Pink. What's the fix --- Frank funguch@aol.com
