SAMSUNG DLP TV MODEL # HLR4667WAX/XAA, THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PICTURE IS MOVING AROUND THE SCREEN LIKES IT OUT OF TUNE. IV'E TRIED TO FINE TUNE IT TO GET A BETTER PICTURE BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. ALL THE HD CHANNELS LOOK AND WORK FINE. IT'S JUST THE REGULAR CHANNELS THAT LOOK BAD AND MOVE AROUND AND SCROLL VERTICALLY
