all music files show empty-then i connected to computer, it showed files were there but wouldn't play. Erased using computer and reloaded okay but doesn't show up on list???

Hi oroberts62,
Are you sure the music files you're trying to play is of the correct format? A .mp3 extension doesn't always mean the encoding is in mpeg-3 layer audio. Try re encoding all the music files using a free encoder or converter, then seeing if they show up on the player.
