Usually, there is the CMOS battery located in your laptop's main board. You just have to take that battery off for like 3 minutes and then return it back. You will have to open your laptop's screws underneath. If this laptop is still under warranty, do not open it as it will revoke the warranty seal. Just take if to an authorized service center and let them do it for you for free.
