shows headphones on when they not connected so cannot hear calls or ring and hear people unless headphones are plugged in need help please

- tried the menu tools setting option before posting the problem and that doesnt cure it gunna have to try the reset unless any other options come up

Go to.
Menu/Tools/Settings/Enhancement/Enhancement in use/
Change setting to Headset.

try out one thing reset your phone once by using this code, *#7780#,it will ask your password, put it will delete all your phone stuff the contact and the messages before doing this transferr all your matter to memo card.
it will help you.Best Of Luck.
