Digital Key chain photo

I got this keychain for christmas the program installed fine it shows its connected all my usb prts work fine but when i try to put my photos on even if I do it one at a time a box pops up saying failed to issue command to device. Whats should i do??

the same problem, I can't get pic from my photos file, uninstalled & reinstalled, still won't work the whole panel doesn't even look like the one in the booklet
