The stick works as long as i don't put my computer

The stick works as long as i don't put my computer to sleep or standby. When the computer resumes the tuner will not work. The computer says no tuner hardware found.

Is there something I can do? I tried reinstalling it, but to no avail.

I am running windows vista home premium. AMD X2 2.1ghz, 3 gigs of ram
