probably has a broken or damaged drive belt. More than likely it will be on the bottom of your machine.You might find a bad pulley as well. but not5 always. The part should be easy to find at an appliance parts supplier. You will need the model number and maybe the serial number. Now when you go to replace the belt ther is a good chance that ther will be a tensioner for tightening the belt it might lift or swivel one direction to release the tension on the belt. This tensioner could in fact be the motor mounting plate don't worry this job is very easy .
