From the manufacturer's web-site, you can download a "multiple languages" version:

http://www.asus.com/Product.aspx?P_ID=wOFZuyplXj0vLmAc

Select the "Download" tab.
Select "WinXP".
Expand the "Manual (16)" branch of the tree.
Select the specific model ("T3472").
Select the "Multiple Languages" version;.
