The stiker for the printwheel is not engaging thus letters are not being printed.

Any idea where I can get the solinoid cap? Thanks

I have the same problem only the period key and the hypen/underline keys are the only ones not striking. All keys seem to have ink missing on the print. I have changed print wheels and cleaned the unit but the problem still exists.

GuruSounds like the small plastic cap on the solenoid plunger is broken. The part is available for about 15.00 but it is a little tricky to install.
