Take it into one of the AT&T outlets close to you and have them correct the issue that you are having....or take the phone to a mobile service center and have them fix it for you.

How do i connect to internet on my mobile smart phone

Hi Dennis, your internet access has different settings to calls & texts so that is why you can have the others without Internet access! The settings for Internet on your phone has to come from your service provider..........Mobile network settings - set options for data roaming, network mode & operators, access point names (APNs) and so on! Contact your service provider and get the settings for your phone sent to it from them.....have they done this for you?

When i receive or send picture mail i get a "generic network failure' but i can receive normal texts. Ive tried almost everything..please help

You need to activate GPRS or 3G services from your network provider to receive picture messages. If the service is activated then you do not have the settings for those services on your mobile. Call your service provider and ask them to send the service settings on you cell. Once the settings are installed, restart your phone. Hope this solves your problem!

I cannot connect to the internet.. it is either failed connection or authentication failed. help.

Thanks for writing in regard to your concern about unable to connect to the internet. Let me help you with this.
The problem would be on your Netwrok Settings. First, you need to have the correct GPRS or Internet settings which is compatible to your phone. All you need to do is to call your network service provider and they will send the settings on your phone directly. All you need to do is to save the settings. Once you have received the settings, please do try accessing the web. Please make sure that you have enough balance as well as network signal to connect to the internet successfully.

Also, you may check for the wed address or URL you are accessing if it is correct. Please check the spelling as well as the spaces in it.

Lastly if you have the settings, you may try clearing your browsers cache and cookies.

If have queries, dont hesitate contacting us back.

I have a straight talk nokia 6790. when i try to access the web, i get an error message saying packet data unavailable. I called straight talk and they said everything should be working fine. please help

Your gprs is not properly configured. You need to go to your network provider for the proper configuration before you can access the internet. You may also want to call your network's customer service line to request over-the-air settingds for your nokia if they have such service but I advice you to go personally to their business office so you will get a timely and a quick service...

Restoring help

Call your service provider and they will walk you through it. No on the loss of everything. Look through your phone settings menu and look for network settings and change as needed.
It's set to web access or she just put the connect to itunes screen desktop. Try changing the desktop scheme. good luck

Wireless access

If you are sure your wireless network is working, you may try calling your internet service provider to reset the router. Your computer should automatically detect the wireless setting. You may also have to reinstall your wireless card.
