I have a Kenmore Ultrawash 7/green clean blinks

I have a Kenmore Ultrawash 7 and the green clean light is blinking. I have checked this site and it said to let the water run until it was hot than start the dishwasher. Well that did not work. So the green light blinks 7 times, goes out and repeats. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for you help!
