have you tried to clean the printhead and align the printhead?

If your printer connected to a computer launch your home center software, now on the upper right corner click hel Icon(?) select maintenance for you to able to clean the printhead.

Now if its not connected please press and hold the Copy and Cancel buttons at the same time on your printer., it wil clean your printhead do it 2x.
