My 5800musicexpress phone momery is full so how can delete my phone momery

Hello there,

If your phone should come up with the message 'memory full' it simply means there are too many files on the phones memory and requires you to delete some so its memory space will be free.

shortcut To delete the files from your phone memory i quite simple. All you have to do is try to snap a picture using the camera, it will tell you the phones memory is full and ask if you want to delete some files, then it will show you the files to delete from, either picture files, videos or songs, then you navigate to the file you want to delete and select and delete then.

Then there will be free space on the phones memory.

Thank you for using fixya.

I can't download a ringtone. I says I don't have enough file space.

ringtones are stored to the phones internal memory not the memory card. check to make sure that your phone is set to save music, pictures, and video to the memory card, not the internal memory. then move any of those file types that are in the internal memory to the card. if you still don't have enough file space you will have to delete something to make room

Lg envy music download says no available space

Go to Menu, then under the "Settings & Tools" section, choose option 8 (Memory). Choose option 2 (Phone Memory), then option 1 (Phone Memory Usage). This will tell you the available MB on your phone.

Or, go to Memory, choose option 3 (Card Memory), then Card Memory Usage.

If you have 0MB left on both, then you will need to delete some ringtones, wallpaper, music, etc. to clear up some space.

If you still have room, you will have to take the phone to a Verizon store. More than likely if this is the case, the phone has a glitch in the downloading. You may of downloaded a virus while downloading music/ringtones/wallpaper.

Downloading

your phone memory is just 1.5 MB and there is no external memory available for your phone eventhough the ringtone may be just KB'S your phone may have used most of 1.5 mb for its ram, contacts, inbox, outbox and other settings and any ringtones that would have already available in the phone So please delete any pre-available tones in the phone and try again
