undo the cap over the cappucinni side and put water into the tank , replace the top and screw on until locked then put the sliding switch to cappuccino then turn on the button for that side , wait until it boils , then turn ouy the pipe with frother on to the side of machine and put your jug of milk underneath pipe so as it is in the milk , turn the dial on the side and the steam will start to come out , the more you turn the dial the more the steam comes out , enjoy , steve.
