not even a MASTER RESET will resolve this issue most of the time. the only way to fix it is to perform a MASTER CLEAR. Before doing a master clear, make sure you save all contacts to your sim card and images, videos, etc to your memory card.
The phone will always store data in the small internal memory when you transfer something to it...you need to enter the file mamager and move the files to the memory card. It is a small annoyance of the Prada. I personally just use an external card reader...so much easier and faster.
I have posted information in 'hints and tips' regarding media files (pictures mp3s etc). The first thing to remember when sending files to your phone is that they have to be done one at a time as the phone memory is limited. The phone has a memory card inside it which is extra/external to the phone memory. What is confusing is that you cannot send files directly to this memory card so each file you send to the phone has to be moved to the 'external memory' before you send another to the phone.
Well, if you transfered files from your PC to the phone, they must be there. 2 choices they must be in the phone memory or in the Micro SD memory. Access "your items" on the multimedia menu and search for them alternating on the top tab between the 2 memory spots. If the files are compatible with the phone you'll be able to see/play them.
When you go on to your mp3 in sound look in the top right hand corner and your see a picture that looks like a file and the one your on is the phones memory you need to look at the one with the sim on it which is the memory card click on that and go on mp3 from there and they should be there :D .. If there not then i dnno .. maybe your songs says its going on but the type of song aint allowed thast what keeps happenin to me ..! Oh && do thee same on the images they should turn up :D
