Hi,
Plug it into the computer that you setup your itouch with. Then reset it
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If problem persists, follow :-
You are going to have to completely restore your ipod touch.

Make sure you are at the computer that you normally sync with so that the backup with be restored.
