The battery you need will be what is in it now. If you don't have a battery in it now you would need to know the size of the battery cavity or the movement number to determine this.
But let me warn you. Changing the battery on a Rado watch is not for an amateur. Rado glues the crystals on their watches and the way they do this with the snap on case backs 99% of the time you will break the crystal. To replace the crystal will cost you about $400+ because they won't just replace the crystal. they will force you to have the watch serviced as well. They play this game where they refuse to replace the crystal if the watch isn't serviced.
So trying to save a few dollars on a battery replacement most likely will cost you several hundred.
Consider this before you try to replace the battery.
