Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi i am a certified Canon tech for this machine. the only thing that you can do is yank it out with force the worst that is going to happen is the ink chip connector prongs could break but they might already be broken or bent. in this case you will need to find a Canon repair center by calling 1-800-OK-Canon or by looking on their website Canon repair centers are world wide and privately owned. if the unit is less then 1 year old just find a repair center and have it fixed otherwise try forcing the cartride out and hope for the best.
